We are finnally getting some rain. It will really be good for the garden. We got the front and back yards mowed. Glad we got it done before the rain. My pinto beans are blooming. We have several green tomatoes. Be eating radishes and onions all week.

We celebrated Johnny's birthday on Sat. He turned 60. We had Daryl, Kelley, John, James and Morgan, Jack St. John, Johnny's sister Ethel and her daughter Linda and her husband Luis for supper. We had hamburger and ribs with red beans. I made Johnny a pineapple upside down cake, Daryl made a chocolate cake and Jack brought a German Chocolate cake. So we had lots of birthday cake.

I am flying to Missouri on Wed. Sandra is to have a c-section on Sat. May 10. I will be staying for two weeks. They had quite a bit of damage from the tornado. she has pictures on her blog. I think I will be trying to get Clay's room back so he can sleep there if they get the window repaired. Will just be doing what I can to help out. Sandra has been miserable for the last 3 weeks. I told her to remind Spencer that Gigi is the boss and he has to wait until I get to Missouri for him to make his grand entrance. Clay has called several times wanting to know if I am packed yet.
