plague of the garden

We are sooooo busy in the yard and garden and with the new addition on the house. Johnny has been working the John (grandson) and Zane (John's buddy) on the new room. They have the foundation and floor joists in. Johnny and Zane got the flooring out from under the carport and put on the joists this morning and then we had a cloud burst of rain. First rain we have had in a while. It took all 3 of us to get the tarp down so the floor wouldn' t get wet.
Now the clouds are all gone and it is 90 degrees and the humidity is about 90% as well.

I gathered the garden this morning and got a 3 gallon bucket full of tomatoes, a gallon bucket of squash, a gallon bucket of purple hull peas and a few black eyed peas. We are all ready tired of tomatoes, we have them twice a day for the last two weeks. I put my "Tomatoes for sale" sign up this morning. I got the front yard mowed and hope to get the rest done this afternoon.
We have the pool filled and ready to go. The water is still a little cool so nobody has been in yet.

Got to get busy and do something with all this garden stuff.
