We are staying busy with the new room and the yard. Johnny finally got his tractor and brush cutter up and running. He has the wiring done in the new room and we are getting ready to put in the insulation. I can hardly wait to get the new room finished. I have a scale model on paper and I rearrange about once a week. I decided this week to leave out the wall to make a closet and just have one big room. I think it will be really nice. I can put a TV and a chair for Johnny and we can hang out while I sew or craft. I can't decide on a color scheme. I have the wall paper border that I want to use. It is daisies and lilacs with green vines. I used it in my bath room a College Station.
We gathered the last of the peas and squash on Sunday. We sprayed the garden with roundup to get rid of some kind of vine that completely took over the pea vines. I saved my cucumber plant cause I am still getting a few. They are sooooo good.
When Johnny put the door to the new room I had to move my sewing maching and ironing board. I had so much clutter that I had to clean and rearrange. We are looking for Sandra in a few days. I have to clean out the baby bed soon.
I am working on a new quilt. I am piecing John an airplane quilt. I found the pattern in the quilt books that I bought at a garage sale. The quilt was a tribute to Lindberg flight. It is like putting a puzzle to gether. John graduates in two years and maybe I will have it done.
